How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches Aspectsny Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Aspectsny Plumbing went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a plumber we linked you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
The plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If work in your home went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Aspectsny Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make choices for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@aspectsny.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
